01 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the ritual is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid. There are no conditions attached: you do not need to have left the product unopened, and you do not need to explain why.

We ask you to give it a fair trial first — the ritual is designed to be felt over weeks rather than days — but the guarantee stands either way.

02 How to Request a Refund

Email hello@sacredeye-beauty.com with your order number and we will take it from there. We will confirm by email before anything is processed.

You do not need to return anything to claim the guarantee. If we do ask you to send something back — for a damaged or incorrect item, for example — we will cover the postage and give you the address:

03 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Photographs help us put it right faster, but they are not a condition of the guarantee.

04 How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of confirming your request; how quickly the money appears after that is up to your bank, and typically takes a further 5–10 business days.

Shipping within the United States is free, so there is nothing withheld for it.
